KW Philly, the leading real estate brokerage in Philadelphia with approximately 450 agents generating just under $2 Billion in annual Real Estate Sales Volume, announced two key leadership changes today. Jeremy Bowers, the Team Leader at KW Philly has been promoted to General Manager of the brokerage, while Frank Genzano, the Assistant Team Leader with the brokerage, has been promoted to Team Leader.
KW Philly is poised for tremendous growth in 2022. Sales volume for the brokerage grew by 32% and revenue by 25% in 2021. With new leadership changes, the brokerage aims to have even stronger growth in 2022. As the General Manager at KW Philly, Mr. Bowers will focus on growth while, Mr. Genzano, as the new Team Leader, will focus on retention, oversee the staff and internal processes, and help to continue to grow the company and maintain its status as the #1 Real Estate brokerage for homes sold in Philadelphia.

Frank Genzano, a native of South Philadelphia, became a licensed real estate agent in 2012 after selling an insurance agency. He has led a successful real estate team since 2015 and joined KW Philly in December of 2020. Frank is the former President of Melrose Civic Association and is the current head coach of a nationally ranked travel baseball team. No matter what his role, Frank has always had a passion for helping people.
Jeremy Bowers is a licensed real estate agent and investor in Philadelphia and the suburbs who is known for building top real estate teams and brokerages. He is a partner and the General Manager of KW Philly and a partner and Team Leader of KW Mainline.
